Yoga retreat volunteer needed in Frosinone near Rome – requirements & tasks
We’re a meditation center (ashram) located in a peaceful area with a main building and surrounding forest. We’re looking for people who love yoga and want to learn more about it, while also helping us grow and improve.
What you’ll do:
- Help with daily tasks like cleaning, cooking, gardening, and organizing events.
- Work with kids on a special project we’re developing.
- Join in our daily yoga classes, both physical practice and learning the theory.
- Have one-on-one study time with our experienced yoga teacher.
It’ll be ideal for you if you’re looking for:
- A chance to dive deeper into your yoga practice and understanding.

- A peaceful place to live and learn.
Important things to know:
- You need to speak Italian well to be able to participate fully.
- You can join us on the first Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of any month, between 11 am and 4 pm.
- Our daily schedule includes meditation, yoga study, meals, and more.
- On weekends, we have special events, especially for kids.
