I’m seeking assistance on my farm in Durango, a charming town nestled in the mountains between Bilbao and San Sebastián. The ideal candidate will be able to clear land, manage soil health, prune effectively, and possess a good understanding of plants and fruit trees.
I’m particularly interested in learning more about fruit tree cultivation, so someone with expertise in this area would be a great asset.
You’ll work for about 15 hours per week which leaves you a lot of time to travel Spain.
Work for accommodation near Bilbao – what I offer
Accommodation is provided on the farm itself, in a cozy 60 m² loft with a spacious 30 m² terrace. It’s suitable for one or two people, and given its mountain location, can also accommodate animals if needed. Full board is also included.
The nearest airport is in Bilbao, just 30 km away, and I’m happy to arrange airport pick-up for your convenience.
My farm is located just 30 km from Bilbao and is a great spot for day trips to the beach, hiking, biking, city trips etc. In Bilbao you may visit the famous Guggenheim Museum, the charming Old Town, Bilbao Fine Arts Museum and many more.
